Data Retention
We retain your personal information and generated documents for a limited period: - Generated documents are stored for 24 hours to enable download, then permanently deleted - Payment records are retained as required by law and for accounting purposes - Uploaded inspection PDFs are processed in memory and are not stored after document generation is complete - Form submissions used to generate documents are not retained after the document is delivered You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business: - Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information. - Anthropic (Claude AI): Document generation. Your form inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for document generation. Anthropic does not retain or train on data sent through their API. - Resend: Email delivery. Your email address and generated document are processed by Resend for delivery. - Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and secure API key management. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
